There are two bottlenecks to Fringeworks’ output: the covers and the editing. Right now we’re in need of new editors or co-editors to bring forward some of our planned titles.
Ideally we’re looking for experienced editors who would be happy to take on some of our planned books. Experienced authors who understand the principles of editing will also be considered.
If you fancy editing but haven’t done it before, drop us a line and we can chat. It’s hard work, and it’s not for everyone, but it can be a rewarding add-on to your existing skills.
FREELANCE ROLE-PLAYING DESIGNERS
We’re turning one of our properties – The Moriarty Paradigm – into a fully fledged pen and paper role-playing game. It will be a team-built kickstarter project, so for this one we need expressions of interest and CVs.
Ever written a gamebook? Ever fancied writing one? Write in a genre that desperately needs a gamebook but doesn’t have one? Drop us a line outlining your experience and any ideas you might have, and all will be revealed.
Last, but by no means least, we’re still looking for bookzine editors to take forward our plans for some occasional periodicals.
All responses to this advert should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, and should be accompanied by a clear expression of what you are interested in, plus a short Biography or a copy of your CV.
